Responsible for the implementation and management of multi million pound projects in various sectors including but not limited to – Local Government reform, human rights, equal employment, Police and accessible justice, Environment, Assembly etc. Working directly with Mayors, Permanent Secretaries and Deputy Prime Ministers in developing programmes of workDeveloped and managed large scale international conferences Responsible for the smooth delivery of project benchmarks and mandatory results to ensure the project delivers to the standard required by the contract funder.Worked with many large international organisations and government Ministries in a wide range of countries including most of the Balkan region, Africa and the Caucuses to name a few.Managed, developed and negotiated contracts with various funders including EU, FCO and other private organisations.Responsible for creating, establishing and developing new business partnerships and opening new sectors of business within the organisation.Developed bespoke study visits for senior delegates to Northern Ireland and the UKEstablished working relationships with other UK government agencies
