Roane Lake Farms is a business built out of multiple passions that have been broken into RLF's two divisions RLF Archtques and RL Farms. RLF Archtiques creates and sells furniture, home décor and other items from barn wood and repurposed items collected in our local area. Part of the Post Construction Services Team at IBI Group Edmonton. We provide CCC/FAC and construction review and inspection services in relation to Greenfield Land Development, Public, Private, and Commercial projects throughout Edmonton and the surrounding areas. We work with the various departments in the City of Edmonton and surrounding municipalities on post construction items such as CCC, FAC, testing requirements, inspections, application co-ordination and tracking. The Post Construction group works with field staff, client’s, contractors and Municipal inspectors to ensure that all CCC and FAC inspections, packages, applications and approvals are completed within an appropriate timeline in order to ensure that client’s letters of credit are reduced and released in a timely manner.

As a UDI New Horizons Committee member I am part of a group responsible for organizing events such as Lunch and Learns (Educational Lunch Programs for Industry Staff that involve speakers from various components of UDI members and other relevant groups) as well as Industry events such as Golf Tournaments and Industry Parties (such as the annual Construction Kick-Off Party). Our responsibility carries through to the implementation of the event plans and ensuring that everything comes together as it should on the day of the event.
