Stephen Morrey is a proven senior leader of 25 years in various industrial settings including two assignments as President and CEO of private equity owned companies with sales of about $400M. Stephen has also successfully lead divisional operations of fortune 50 companies including TRW’s vehicle safety systems division with sales in excess of $2.5B with 32 plants in 16 countries. His various challenges included critical “right sizing” tasks as well as leading super growth businesses such as the automotive airbag industry. His industrial experience includes numerous plant manager assignments from green field to mature plants in automotive, construction and oil and gas. He has also served as an M&A adviser for Cerberus Capital Management. Stephen ran two plants that were recognized by Industry Week as well as the President of the United States to be numbered in the top 10 best plants in North America. Prior to Stephen’s various leadership positions he served successfully as an individual contributor in the capacity of engineer for Exxon Nuclear. Stephen is a graduate of the Marriott School of Management, Brigham Young University with a Masters of Business Administration. He also holds a Bachelor of Science, Manufacturing Engineering Technology, Brigham Young University.
