Led basic research activities at Pharmascience including; biology, bioananalytical and medicinal chemistry across multiple therapeutic areas. Coordinated IND-qualifying studies. Scientific lead for business development out-licensing. Successfully led the discovery, development and out-licensing of 3 preclinical oncology and autoimmune drug development programs.

Directed biology research activities at Aegera Therapeutics including; biochemistry, cell biology, in vivo pharmacology, pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics. Managed a successful 4 year research collaboration with an out-licensing partner.

Coordinated and supervised drug discovery efforts in oncology, inflammation and neuropathic pain. Wrote investigator brochures and co-authored CTA and IND applications in support of clinical trials in cancer and diabetic neuropathic pain.
