I manage multiple cross-functional teams and focus on continous improvement and product quality to support a business which has more than doubled in revenue since my arrival.Over the last 10 years I have held various leadership roles in Agile organisations, including leading an 8 team Agile Release Train spread across 3 geographical regions.
