- Worked on the skill based chat agent admin platform to manage customer conversions for ebbot.ai platform.- Worked on the chatbot module to add ratings and resolved response latency between the customer facing chatbot and agent bots using web sockets.- Implemented modular translations workflows to the platform using react-intl, i18n and locize. This allowed the team to add multiple languages to the platform without need for a redeployment of the platform.
