I am a Seasoned Leadership Catalyst and Self Improvement Advisor. I also train and consult in the areas of Personal and Team Leadership, Organisational Behaviour and Culture Change, Board Governance, Strategy and Change Management.I'm the President of the International Coaching Federation - Uganda Charter Chapter and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC). I started my formal coaching journey (in April 2017) by undertaking the Accredited Coach Training Programme (ACTP) with The Performance Solution (TPS) – United Kingdom. I have over 1600 hours of coaching experience at the Executive/ Top Level and I'm also a Certified Trainer/ Assessor of 4 Psychometric Tools: Clarity4D®, iWAM, Extended DISC® and the Personal Development Analysis (PDA).I also hold a Master of Business Administration Degree from Strathmore University (Kenya), as well as a Pan African EMBA Module Certificate from IESE Business School (Spain) and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Accounting option) from Makerere University (Uganda). I sit on the Board of the League of East African Directors (LEAD) - of which I'm one of the Founding Directors and I'm also a Board Director of Nyaka Global, FutureLink Technologies and the Buildware Centre (U) Limited.Lastly, I'm also an Investment and Business Ambassador of the Uganda Red Cross Society (URCS).
