Real-time monitoring of client links.2. Timely detection, troubleshooting and resolution of all network/system elements.3. Provisioning of customer services on core equipment including IP assignment and other services4. Continuous and proactive monitoring of all network and system elements. (This includes the core MPLS/SDH network, international and in-country fibre backbone links and GPON triple-play network.)5. Tracking and regular reporting of all faults within the network.
