Responsible for managing the Global Account Opening System (GAOS), used for the KYC process of on boarding new clients. Reviewing new Product, Region and Document requests, liaising with Global Milestone leads to discuss and approve requests. Granting approvals for system access to GAOS and system testing for quarterly releases. Liaising with stakeholders to drive improvements and processes.MIS/KPI process for CVG and Onboarding teams, obtaining data for the end to end monthly senior management packs, liaising with regional team leads to ensure all data is accurate and presenting to senior management for review ahead of steer co meetings. Ensuring any control gaps are identified and resolutions put in place.Risk & Control analysis for Client Valuations and on boarding teams, holding weekly meetings to ensure all BAU is in line with R&C controls, reporting results to management, implementing new process to reduce any risk points and escalating risk issues to senior managementManaging the Credit Milestone of GAOS, implementing system improvement to reduce risk and automate processes. Reviewing business cases and ensuring the completion of the credit analysis.

Managing a team of four analyst’s in the prime static data team, overseeing BAU tasks, liaising with Stakeholders to enhance processes and dealing with any day to day issues.Overseeing a review of the client data functions in relation to CASS regulations, working with the Risk and control team to ensure all data is maintained in guidance with current regulations and can be reported to the FSA.Dealing with new system testing and the development of existing systems, attending Project meeting’s to ensure all static is covered and tested. Reporting back to senior management, with updates of system testing and improvements.Writing and updating procedures, as well as training and interviewing new members of staff in my team. Other tasks include daily and monthly Audit Reports, running month’s stats, checking of teams work.Managing the off-shoring of the client data team to Singapore, producing training programme and ensure all work was handed over and the new team were business ready.
