Employed as Project Lead to examine whether distraction during various forms of hedonic consumption (eating, drinking, etc.) has consequences (e.g., overconsumption, subsequent unhealthy consumption, etc.). In addition, I investigate whether various cognitive factors mediate and moderate this hypothesised relationship. As part of this role I also teach a the course 'Psychology of Self-Regulation', supervise undergraduate and postgraduate student dissertations and interns, and conduct various other psychological research.
