• Worked as part of the A380 Trailing Edge Secondary Structures Component Design Build Team ensuring that the design of the Inner Fixed Shroud, Wingtip Falsework and Outer Falsework met the requirements of manufacturing and the final assembly build philosophy. I was involved from initial concept through B & C scheme stages to the release of production drawings where I had Manufacturing Engineering drawing sign off authority.• As the A380 Trailing Edge went into production I moved into the manufacturing cell to provide engineering support through initial builds, modifications and into steady state production. This also involved supporting working parties once the trailing edges had been delivered to the wing assembly line.• My responsibilities included the definition of tooling requirements, writing assembly processes, defining condition of supply of detail parts and sub-assemblies, supporting the first production builds and embodiment of modifications.

Throughout my career in Bombardier Aerospace I gained valuable experience on a wide range of wing, nacelle and fuselage programs while working at final assembly stage on both structures and systems installation.
