Trio has a global client base serving the entertainment industry, production designers, art directors, architects, interior designers, retail, music tours, stage production, corporate events and private clients. We are located on the former NBC studios lot in Burbank, CA.

Reporting directly to the firms Office Administrator, lead the newly formed Support Services department. Areas of focus included, project management, technical resources, quality management with a focus on establishing metrics to measure performance and organizational development.

A boutique real estate firm specializing in residential and commercial properties alike. We provided valuation services for over 1000 properties in our first year of operation.

Refined both the technology platform as well as the operational metrics focusing on efficiency for the $30 million plus annual logistics operation. Operational metrics: Established companywide barometers with divisional thresholds which provided an insight for the production units to manage their volume and spend within specific service levels. This initiative saved Countrywide $1.3 million in 2007.Improved reporting on all executive perquisites during a time of high profile governmental and public scrutiny. Collaborated with legal, tax and human resource professionals as well as outside counsel regarding ever changing IRS and SEC disclosures. Other responsibilities included divisional culture & organizational change, regulatory transportation programs for SCAQMD, VCAPCD & DART, as well as the company’s incoming call center processing 900,000 calls annually.

Prior Management Functions Included:Managed and expanded Countrywide’s use of wireless technologies that included Blackberry’s, PDA’s, cellular and paging services. Grew the logistics operations that shipped 1.5 million packages in 2001 via UPS to over 3 million packages and internally processed over 19 million parcels annually in 2003. Directed the financial management of company’s Air Services department. Operations included two Gulfstream (IV & V) aircraft with annual budget responsibility in excess of $8 million. Managed administrative functions, such as, Corporate Real Estate & Facilities for two corporate office locations in excess of 450,000 sq. ft. Negotiated tax abatements on real & personal property for expansion of corporate offices in Plano, Texas. Estimated cost savings to Countrywide of $6 million.
