Manage off site Emergency Response Team, Develop the teams technical and behavioral competencies, Co-Ordinate company voluntary Emergency response team across a 3 shift pattern. Manage compliance with all regulations and legislation off equipment, manpower and vehicle, Formulate, implement and maintain effective policies and safe systems of working. Report to and act with the authority of operations director in matters relating to site safety and emergency preparedness. Leed incident/accident response across the buisness and ensuring response cover for site at all times and manage First aid, Confined space rescue and working at heights rescue and act as liason with Fire & Rescue services and Paramedic /Ambulance crews where required and requested. Participate in reviews updating process documentation for the team. Auditing skills, mentoring learning and personal development off the team to ensure competency and eliminate skills fade.
