- Administering the access control system by adding, removing, amending details etc after the necessary approvals have been obtained. - Providing Access Control reports where they are needed and maintaining the list user and rights for the Access Control.- Managing and maintaining the CCTV system.- Installing and configuring new hardware and software (desktop, laptop, printer, biometric device, etc.).- Managing and maintaining Domain Controller, Citrix systems, Email Server and Anti-Virus system for the organization.- Managing Cisco telephone systems.- Creating, changing and deleting Domain user accounts as per request.- Managing all Network, and network components including installation, configuration and maintenance.- Performing backups of the systems as per Backup procedures.- Implementing the policies for the use of the computer system and network. Setting up security policies for users.- Investigating users’ problems, identifying their source and determining possible solutions.- Ensuring that all user authorization forms are duly filled and properly filed in line with the ICT policies.
