"Measure twice, cut once". Words that I was given several times by my uncle as we built a cedar chest. Words that I have become incredibly relevant to me in my IT career. Prepared, precise with a personal intensity to finish a project have become traits I have strived to define myself by. Whether it be building a beautiful walnut cedar chest with my uncle or mitigating a crypto infection on a network where hundreds of users were affected and I was able to keep company downtime to an absolute minimum and bring us back to 100% in 24 hours, I have the ability to unleash whatever resources are necessary to ensure that the desired expectations are exceeded. I love working side by side with my team and relish opportunities to help those that I am over to learn and progress. I truly enjoy listening to others and helping them transform their thoughts and ideas into personal and team successes. This approach has allowed my team to achieve a consistent SLA rate of 95% or above during the time I had the opportunity. I am a highly adaptive person that is driven by authenticity, integrity and a good old fashioned work ethic. I have an incredibly dynamic personality which allows me to engage in a team setting as well as being a lone wolf when required.
