Job responsibilities• Counting money in cash drawer at the beginning and at the end of shifts• Dispatching cash at the teller• Issuing receipts, refunds, credits or change due for customers• Receiving payments by cash, cheques, credits cards, vouchers or automatic debits• Balance cash drawer in accordance with Bank procedures and regulations including regular periodic batching of money deposited and cheques• Answer customer inquiries and refer them to the proper service area

Job responsibilities:• Preparing financial statements• Filing VAT and Income taxes• Invoices allocation in the system• Preparation of payment vouchers• Collecting and compiling data for budgetary purposes• Posting all transactions to the cash books• Bank reconciliation• Selling tender documents, writing cheques and tender evaluation• Filing and various administrative duties
