(EHS)• Developing monthly reports on technicians’ tools audit, machine inspection and maintenance.• Ordering raw materials used to make wrapping materials in a timely manner to ensure there are no stock-outs of wrapping materials and at the same time maintain economic stocks.• Records management coordinator in planning and production departments. Both electronics and paper records.• Computing each employee achievement in Plant Performance (appraisals).• Updating the plants Team Boards on each month’s information.• Ensuring that customer and processing records are properly configured for efficient operations of the process team and properly kept to conform to the company's record management policy: By making sure retention periods are followed.• Custodian of the plant’s assets records and overseeing the labeling of the same using barcodes. • Receiving customer instructions and specifications among other correspondence and distributing them to relevant personnel in the processing department. • Maintaining a record for the parties contracted by BAT to provide services to the processing department and confirming invoices issued by them, and also keeping the lease agreements.
