My vast experience in the Health Care industry has always been geared toward the Informational Technology aspect of the business. Since the early 2000's, I've become a Project Leader adept at getting the job done, with the stakeholders needs my priority.I've founded and have overseen three highly successful Project Management Office's on the payer side with Health Plus, Center's Plan for Healthy Living, and CareConnect Insurance Company, including lines of business that range from MLTC, and FIDA, to NY State Exchange and Commercial health insurance. My teams consist of Project Managers, Quality Assurance Analysts, and strategists driven to deliver business products of the highest standards.In 2019 I transitioned to the provider side of the aisle, overseeing Northwell's Revenue Cycle Operations PMO which supports our various business functions with a focus on the customer experience. Some of the projects we've overseen include a major platform upgrade of our Contact Center collections software, implementation of a state of the art phone system, revamping of our Payment Plan process which reduced agent screen touches from 3 to 1, and setting up a Hazardous Weather VPN set up just prior to the pandemic which helped us transition to remote work without a glitch.My future ambition is to always implement, and strengthen Project Management Standards, while overseeing Project Portfolio's that advance the course of Healthcare & IT specifically, and business growth in general.
