Managed customer relationships and aftermarket commercial agreements spanning over 400 gas turbines packages in the district, identifying areas of focus for business development and service agreement growth.

Primary point of contact and in-house technical consultant for Shell Exploration & Production Co. Managed the condition monitoring, maintenance, and repair of 54 gas turbine power generation and gas compression packages on key production facilities in the Gulf of Mexico. Worked closely with Shell engineering and operations to improve equipment reliability, increase operational efficiency, reduce downtime of critical assets, and improve the effectiveness of their gas turbine and centrifugal gas compressor preventive maintenance programs.

Served as Work Center Supervisor and Leading Petty Officer of the Auxiliaries Division on the USS Doyle (FFG-39). Responsible for the safe and reliable operation, maintenance, and repairs of all shipboard power generation and auxiliary equipment. Revamped the Auxiliaries Division maintenance program in 2006 through training and diligent planning, increasing the maintenance accomplishment rate to a record 96%, the highest rate of all shipboard divisions. Awarded 2 Navy Achievement medals.

Selected as the Junior Sailor of the Quarter in 2Q 2005 for exceptional performance of duties as the Chief Engineer of Landing Craft Utility 1627 during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Awarded 2 Navy Achievement Medals and 2 Letters of Commendation for consistently exceeding expectations on difficult assignments and taking ownership of all assigned duties.
