He endeavors to fortify solidarity among individuals while respecting cultural dissimilarities, and he aspires to create a community that advocates for shared responsibility and mutual support.In his pursuits of programming, outreach, and education, Stephen endeavors to facilitate comprehension, empathy, and communication between Italian communities and the newest arrivals by initiating platforms for intercultural dialogue across ethnic groups and cultural divisions in Bari Italy. He also strives to "Bridge the Cultural Gap" by fostering dialogue between immigrants and the community on how to learn from each other, build relationships and trust, collaborate to enhance our communities, and best address RACISM and DISCRIMINATION.
