CurrentI support the Project Managers in creating, updating and monitoring project plans on MS project, tracking critical parts, dependencies and milestones.Collation of progress of project activities to facilitate the project manager’s weekly report to the programme manager in a timely manner.Stakeholder management at all levels (internal & external)Facilitate & Schedule Work stream Weekly meeting - complete minutes/actions, Risks and Issues LogFacilitate & Schedule Risks and Issues meeting with Project Managers Maintain and update the Risk and Issue Logs, ensuring that Risks and Issues are clearly identified for mitigating actions. Review of Work stream Work-package Weekly Reports Validation of business case and other key project documentation to ensure continued business justification and strategic alignment throughout project’s lifecycleI Coordinate and manage Project lifecycle using clarityCompiling Project Status report on a weekly basis from Project Managers and Work stream LeadsI track and monitor projects progress against forecasted milestones, costs and benefits providing accurate reporting on any detected variances on Gantt chartI coordinate the change control process and ensure that change request’s (CR) are correctly filled in and processes adhered to.Review of action and chasing owners for completionCreate, review, update and upload project documents on SharePoint as well as granting access to stakeholders.
