Responsible for the overall management and running of the Coventry Youth Offending Service Network and all ICT activity's linked to the ICT services. End to end completion and delivery of various projects across a mutli site environment.Including all strategic forward planning, budgeting, design, liaising with the business and 3rd party suppliers, licensing, 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support.Involved in the large scale restructure of the Coventry ICT Service, pushing video conferencing forward which was adopted nationally by the Youth Justice Board.
