Led the drafting of the proposed National Reconciliation Bill for Uganda, now adopted by Justice Law & Order Sector Technical Sub-Committee on Truth Telling.Conflict Resolution Practitioner with over three years experience conducting mediation, training and facilitation on land issues, domestic relations, human rights and peacebuilding in Uganda.
