Led the drafting of the proposed National Reconciliation Bill for Uganda, now adopted by Justice Law & Order Sector Technical Sub-Committee on Truth Telling.Conflict Resolution Practitioner with over three years experience conducting mediation, training and facilitation on land issues, domestic relations, human rights and peacebuilding in Uganda. Refugee Law Project (RLP) is a Community Outreach Project within the School of Law at Makerere University. Established in 1999, RLP has grown and distinguished itself as Uganda's leading Centre for Justice and Forced Migrants.
