As the assistant project manager for Anyinam lodge AngloGold Ashanti project, I Collaborating closely with the Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of catering and camp management projects, from initial scoping and budgeting to on-site logistics and post-event evaluation. • Assisting with the development of project plans, timelines, and resource requirements to ensure seamless project execution.• Serving as a liaison between the service provider, clients, and any third-party vendors or suppliers to facilitate open communication, manage expectations, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.• Participating in client meetings and site visits to gather requirements, identify potential challenges, and recommend solutions.• Supporting the procurement of necessary equipment, supplies, and services in a cost-effective manner.• Overseeing the work of any temporary or contract staff hired to support catering and camp management operations.• Meticulously tracking project budgets, timelines, and key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.• Documenting lessons learned and best practices to inform future projects and strengthen the organization's service delivery capabilities.
