A member of the COO Management team, responsible for the day to day operation of the Elevate business. Specific accountabilities included Elevate Proposition Lifecycle management (from prioritising new developments, responding to regulatory / legislative change and ongoing management of the Proposition offering to advisers and customers.

A member of the AXA Wealth Proposition management team, responsible for the end to end lifecycle management of the tax wrappers provided through Elevate, plus onshore Bond and Retirement Wealth Account.

Elevate

A member of the Elevate Business Change management team, responsible for the Business Analysis and Solution constants aligned to Elevate delivery. Responsibilities included managing development demand pipeline, ensuring robust approach taken to defining high level requirements, estimating, scheduling and translating through to detailed solution delivery.

Responsible for the development, delivery and ongoing management of the financial planning functionality and supporting tools on Elevate.

Responsible for providing second line compliance advice to AXA Life management and executive, including leading the Business Risk team supporting the delivery of Elevate,. management teams within the broader AXA Life business charged with running, key member of due diligence team reviewing potential adviser business acquisitions, providing input to.

Various roles supporting Sun Life tied sales force, including end to end new business customer services, advice quality checking, producing best advice guidelines and T&C quality monitoring.
