I am an executive senior leader with over 20 years financial services experience who has held senior positions across business functions including relationship/account management, advice, national sales teams and large customer service operations. In my most recent role I have led bi-annual research into Financial Wellness and the impacts of money worries for working Australians. As an executive member of AMP's Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) committee I have also led the Improving Financial Wellness for Indigenous Australian's stream. I am passionate about creating, leading, coaching and mentoring high performing teams to deliver superior customer and business outcomes and helping team members achieve personal and career success.
