In addition to my current position, I have taken on the additional role as senior technical consultant due to my expert knowledge within the YuniquePLM software. As senior technical consultant I am called upon to provide subject matter expertise and hands on support for special projects. My responsibilities include business analysis, requirement gathering.

Responsible for executing professional service engagements including discovery, configuration, training, upgrades and project management to support fashion apparel industry clients running YuniquePLM software. Maintained and responsible for logging all samples using YuniquePLM software. Generated, maintained and supplied upper management with various weekly sample reports. Responsible for training new employees and vendors on YuniquePLM software. Additionally, I was responsible for troubleshooting errors, testing and debugging new enhancements on the system.

Created and implemented an Access and Protection Security database and responsible for reviewing and analyzing data for input in the database. Developed SQL queries for analysis of information enabling work assignment and also responsible for maintaining dispatch. Developed employee database using MS Access and Visual Basic to be used as an internal tool.

Supervised security staff of 7 in controlling and organizing all vehicular and pedestrian traffic at Chelsea Piers with a daily attendance ranging from 800 to 2000+. Responsible for employee training, scheduling and maintenance of daily incident log on security related events.
