CurrentDads Of Little Angels creates and promotes awareness and services for the often forgotten world of bereaved fathers.We generally support awareness and promote existing services through organisations who we feel have something beneficial to offer bereaved families and also bereaved fathers through their life long journey.Dads Of Little Angels was founded in September 2012 exactly a year after i began my own journey as a bereaved father after losing my little girl to a very rare AT-RT cancer.I am often invited to offer my experiences as a bereaved father to speak about treatment experiences and daily challenges as a bereaved parent. To date i have been involved with Children's Health Queensland and a handful of other supporting agency's to provide a direct open source of information as a bereaved father.My own personal goal for Dads Of Little Angels is not to create new services, it is to provide direct real world information from bereaved parents to "fine tune" existing services without having to rely on government health statistics alone, which often don't project real world needs.
