Current- Sourcing new business clients through Project Managers, Architects, phone leads and in person- Building personal relationships with new and existing Commercial Business Owners, Managers, Procurement Officers, Business Services Managers, Principals for on going business throughout Brisbane, Ipswich, Logan, Toowoomba and surrounding areas within my territory- Taking phone inquiries and qualifying them into leads- Working with Principals, BSM’s, Project Managers and Architects to help Schools fit out their new and refurbished Buildings- Help clients with their colour coordination and designs for their furniture- Qualifying my clients product types to help make the correct selection- Demonstrating all types of furniture to show the features and benefits- Designing Floor Layouts of Furniture with Google SketchUp Pro- Designing 3D Custom Furniture on SketchUp to fit Clients Needs- Closing sales once all clients needs are fulfilled- Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly targets for remuneration by commissions
