Responsible for managing the 13 GFAS Teams to include execution of Exploration Ground System (EGS) Program milestones, development software content using Agile framework in support of the Artemis Program, technical risk mitigation, and budget resources for the multi-year, multi-million dollar Test, Operations, and Support Contract (TOSC) and follow-on Consolidated Operations, Management, Engineering, and Test (COMET) contract.Manages and oversees resolution of issues discovered during development lifecycle, including risk reduction, forward mitigation, and management communication. Coordinates across multiple cross-Program entities for simulator/emulator capability enhancement, technical requirements and specifications updates, and overall software integration across ground and flight elements.

Responsible for working with Kennedy Space Center (KSC) Executive Leadership on developing pitches and talking points for both internal and external events, coordination and execution of event logistics, and partnering with Executive Assistants in the management of Executive Team daily operations. Provide meeting documentation to include summary notes and action items. Capture and implement process improvement opportunities to enable effective operations of the KSC Executive Team. Provide and leverage diverse Subject Matter Expertise in execution of daily operations and critical Center projects.

Responsible for the Exploration Ground Systems Integrated Verification and Validation (V&V) / Multi-Element V&V test planning and implementation to include the development of numerous test procedures and associated test content, test schedules development and the leadership of the team charged with first time test operations.Serves as the Launch Control Center facility liaison, to include the four Control Rooms, for modifications and upgrades to facility infrastructure and console configuration, access management requests, and public/private partnerships in support of the Kennedy Space Center’s multi-user Spaceport.Manages operations out of the primary Launch Control Room to include Emergency Action Management of facilities, integration of multiple subsystems under test, and leadership of the Control Room test team during standard and hazardous operations.Performs development of test procedures using Solumina for ISVV and Integrated Test and Checkout (IT&CO) of the SLS vehicle, including execution and integration of real-time alterations of V&V procedures in the Control Room.

Served as liaison between public and private sectors to gather technical requirements of KSC customers and ensure hardware and software requirements were met. Planned, designed, and implemented business application software to analyze contractor data, investigated invoice discrepancies, and evaluated the contractors performance. Participated in managing, coordinating, and supporting the design, test, evaluation, and delivery of enterprise hardware and software systems at KSC in support of the multimillion dollar Agency IT contract.Selected and served as the Recorder for a multimillion dollar communications and applications development Source Evaluation Board in support of KSC IT requirements, including participating in the identification of requirements, formulation of acquisition strategy and evaluation factors, and disposition of industry comments.

Modified Space Shuttle telemetry software to read and analyze telemetry data from the ARES I-X test vehicle and generate into a snapshot report to provide engineering teams post launch data analysis capability. Developed integration software between custom telemetry software suite and COTS software product for use in Analog FM telemetry report creation and calibration of Space Shuttle hardware and software.Created, generated, and released documentation to include requirements, detailed designs, unit and integrated test plans, and user guides per company’s CMMI Level 4 software engineering process.Designed, tested, and implemented updated Command and Control system component for use in KSC Launch Control Rooms in support of the Space Shuttle Launches.Performed troubleshooting and resolution of software-related issues discovered during operational flows of Space Shuttle Orbiter processing and launch.
