Responsible for all Statutory and GAAP reporting for various niche commercial lines, including reinsurance calculations and billing. Investment reporting along with implementation of governance and accounting controls as well as all state reporting requirements. Also building staff expertise in all things insurance related.

Oversee monthly financial completion of over 50 commercial lines of business. Review actual to budget varaince. Completion of 10 Executive Summary write-ups. Detailed analysis of reinsurance calculations. Created internal controls to ensure financial statement accruacy, including account reconcilation system.

Completed Statutory and GAAP financials, including annual statements, including blue and green books. Heavy analysis of financial results and extensive involvement working with external auditors on 10-K and 10-Q filings.

Completed Statutory Financials. Installed first General Ledger system in company history. Installed Freedom Billing and Receivable System.
