Our experience extends across a wide range of sectors and industries with a particularly strong understanding and track record in the property development and investment industry as well as the hotel and gaming sector.My role/duties are varied although major tasks include:-- Manage and complete loan settlements in the residential, commercial, corporate and equipment finance sectors - Manage an increasing portfolio of commercial and residential clients- Establish new residential, commercial and corporate lending opportunities for company growth- Prepare and Manage the compilation of finance proposals for new and existing commercial/corporate lending opportunities to market for lenders to assess- Actively manage on-going complex debt applications, negotiating with prospective financiers and key stakeholders to ensure satisfactory and commercial outcomes are achieved on the clients behalf- Manage the settlement process to ensure client expectations are satisfied- Ensure all reporting requirements and financial covenants for existing clients are managed and met- On-going management between lenders and clients, post-settlement, for any queries and requirements that may occurPlease visit our website at https://www.bcp-finance.com.au/
