Responsible for sales & marketing, and overseeing operations related to both Group and FIT business in the Incoming Department.

Sourcing new business - FIT and leisure groups - for the Corinthia San Gorg and Marina Resort consisting of two hotels with a combined total of 900 beds.Responsibilities included negotiating and contracting for both hotels.

Responsible for accommodation sales from all market segments including Leisure, Corporate and MICE

Responsible for tour operating and leisure group business generation, local corporate sales and investigating opportunities presented by the e-commerce revolution (of the time)

Responsible for the maintenance of Radisson SAS standards in the department; directing and monitoring Front Desk, Reservations and Concierge personnel as well as monitoring operation of Leisure facilities; guest relations and customer care including complaint handling. Ensuring communication with all departments for the smooth running of the hotel operation.
