Daily review the computerized manufacturing system looking at the work requests that are entered into the system by plant employees. Convert work requests into work orders, assign estimated completion time, choose the correct trades person to do the job. Review the work request for the correct verbiage checking to see if there are parts required to complete the job. Locate the parts in the stockroom and pre-kit them for completion or procure the parts from the appropriate vendor through the purchase order system. Through constant review of the production schedule the work is assigned at an appropriate time when the schedule permits as well as scheduling the correct trades person.

Operate productions machines in the process of producing either Sunchips or Baked Cheetos. Check and maintain the products running condition throughout the shift maintaining that we are running to the correct specifications through the use of flow charts and visual aids. Conduct quality meetings twice per shift with operators and Management reporting on the condition of the product. Contact maintenance personnel when the production machinery is not running correctly and help diagnose the problem to be corrected. Prepare the needed ingredients for the next shift, making sure that the proper raw materials are ready for use.

Filled orders that were send in electronically, matching them with the paper orders. Talk to clients and find them the requested equipment for the job they were doing at a competitive price. Arrange warehouse for ease of order picking stocking shelves with incoming materials. Check incoming deliveries making sure that they are 100% correct and damage free.

Completed the proper paper work for over 100 trucks transporting the equipment from Cambridge to Saltilo, Mexico. Assisted with the installation of the production equipment in the new facility. Trained the new employees on the safe operating procedures of the transferred equipment. Trained the new employees the manufacturing operating system that was in use corporate wide.(BaaN)
