Worked with third party contractors and multiple IT teams to implement the IBM SPM application (formerly Varicent). Owner of IT key controls, and manage the yearly external IT audits required for all public companies – performed by E&Y.  Train and collaborate with analysts, project managers, and business teams offshore across several applications and processes. Most recently rolled out the JIRA Project Management application to our worldwide applications team.
