I oversee all aspects of small commercial remodels including but not limited to pre-construction meetings, project scheduling, material ordering, subcontractor contracts, meeting with owner's reps and architects/engineers, etc.. I have been a part of all phases of the construction process from estimating to project closeout.

At JCI, I supervised all field aspects of new residential construction. Was in charge of subcontractor scheduling, material scheduling, meeting with home owners, inspectors, as well as doing some hands-on work.

At Empire Construction I worked in the field as an Assistant Construction Manager. I oversaw daily operations on-site for multi-family renovation projects that ranged from $4 million - $6 million.
