Implement Michelin's Management of Daily Production. This location being new to Michelin needed to start from scratch. I've developed the tools needed to collect and communicate production data. The goal is to make progress everyday while coaching the teams for continuous improvement.

Paint line process improvement was the main objective in this role. I designed hangers and masking using Creo, increased capacity of daily production, improved the wash system, and reduced waste in materials and through material flow.

I manage a team of quality engineers and technicians at John Deere Construction and Forestry division in Dubuque and Davenport, Iowa. We provide a variety of quality services for the OEM and it's suppliers.

I oversaw a group of technicians that sort and rework parts for a large OEM. Coordinated with the TQEs and QEs we ensured the line kept running. I dispatched teams to work on site and arranged all trucking and material movements for offsite work. I also developed all the work instructions and trained all the technicians when new jobs arrived.
