About Stephen Passini

I have been in manufacturing and CNC since 2006. I have leadership experience in the Marine Corps, as well as a project manager, machine shop manager, and manufacturing manager. I completed 2 years of an Industrial Management and Technology degree program at Northern Illinois University before transferring to Arizona State University. I am currently enrolled in an Organizational Leadership Project Management degree program. I am a Certified Solidworks Associate in mechanical design. I have also taken time to start learning Mastercam, AutoCAD, DesignCAD, and Fusion360 in my personal time. I have experience in 5S and six sigma as a white belt. I have taken six sigma green belt courses but have not completed a project for my belt. I have taken multiple leadership courses and enjoy learning how to become a better leader.
