• Lead in coordination and management of regional program: Child protection, Gender, and diversity, GBV, MHPSS, Maternal and child nutrition across Cameroon, Tchad, Niger, and Nigeria achieved.

• Exercise collaborative efforts with other social service organizations, NGOs, companies, institutions, and governments to develop and expand services that benefit our clients, beneficiaries, and the community.

• Build Community resilience on social inclusion, post conflict resettlement, gender mainstreaming/equity and peace building processes for inclusiveness in programs.
• Facilitate government receptiveness on good governance and community engagement for project accountability to mitigate Gender base violence and enhance social cohesion
• Conduct quarterly project assessment with field staff
• Provide psychosocial support and identify referral pathways for clients/patients in need of humanitarian assistance using gender lens and situational analysis foe effective behavior change and modification
• Facilitate skill-building of Field Team on gender mainstreaming, Nutrition/health and do no harm principles, community engagement capabilities and to increase their ability to connect with, educate, and ensure.

• Liaise with community groups, NGOs, CBOs associations and other community stakeholders to identify potential partners for the project activities.
• Grant management and budget design/implementation for effective financing of projects
• Quantitative and qualitative data analysis in line with program objectives.
• Design project and programs that enhance good governance and government responsiveness
• Jointly responsible with partners for milestone reporting/schedule updates for effective planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation (including facilitating external evaluations) and reporting on programmes, in.
• Design Projects/programs, implement, monitor and enhance sustainable activities that counter Extreme Violent Ideologies (CVE).

Plateau State

• Provide constant feedback on the extent to which the projects are achieving their goals.
• Quantitative and qualitative data analysis on Gender based violence (GBV)
• Systematic milestone analysis using milestone indicators and theory of change (TOC) in line with log frame indicators.
• Design Monitoring template for Peace Club and Civic Education and set up peace clubs in Vulnerable Communities
• Identify potential problems at an early stage and propose possible solutions.
