I am passionate about fixing things. Earlier in my career, I was a plant manager over two manufacturing facilities. So I was able to fix things under my authority. After acquiring my Six Sigma Black Belt, this allowed me to fix things over larger areas of our company. I was able to help expand continuous improvement into our global locations. This included continuous improvement training, change management and mentoring of teams internationally.In evaluating my skills, I have started my PMP certification training to make my project management skills stronger. I look forward to being more valuable to my company as a project management and continuous improvement expert.
