• Conduction of final inspections with a client representative on works and preparation of ‘Pre-Pour/Post-Pour’ sign offs ensuring that all works are conducted correctly and are within specification.• Liaising with Site Supervisors to ensure the project is completed in a timely manner and within budget. • Ensure works run in line with the procurement of materials and the closure of future sections. • Submission of Technical Queries – liaising with the client to resolve technical queries on site. • Updating all registers on a daily basis i.e. Concrete, Soil and Reinforcement Registers. • Preparation of client reports for project progress.• Dealing with day to day variations and claims arising from the project and ensuring their completion in line with the client guidelines.• Maintaining documentation & work procedures for Quality System requirements. • Ensuring all safety requirements are adhered to by site staff. • Keeping a daily site diary containing photos capturing all day works and extra work conducted for record keeping purposes. • Client Relations – dealing with the client with regard to weekly meetings and dealing with the client supervisors on site on a daily basis with regards to claims and variations.

• Implementing specific quality control procedures for all units produced• Pre pour and post pour inspecting all foundations to ensure they are within strict tolerances. • Setting bolt elevation using a Dumpy level and setting the bolt positions. • Advising Leading Hands of any defects discovered and ensuring they are addressed. • Providing Leading Hands with technical drawings and lift studies. • Keeping records of each foundation from pre pour stage until it has left site. • Making sure each foundation is labelled with a name, date, weight and unique identifying number. • Liaising with Project Engineer on a daily basis to develop and update the scope of works to deliver the project on time.
