• Conduction of final inspections with a client representative on works and preparation of ‘Pre-Pour/Post-Pour’ sign offs ensuring that all works are conducted correctly and are within specification.
• Liaising with Site Supervisors to ensure the project is completed in a timely manner and within budget.
• Ensure works run in line with the procurement of materials and the closure of future sections.
• Submission of Technical Queries – liaising with the client to resolve technical queries on site.
• Updating all registers on a daily basis i.e. Concrete, Soil and Reinforcement Registers.
• Preparation of client reports for project progress.

• Implementing specific quality control procedures for all units produced
• Pre pour and post pour inspecting all foundations to ensure they are within strict tolerances.
• Setting bolt elevation using a Dumpy level and setting the bolt positions.
• Advising Leading Hands of any defects discovered and ensuring they are addressed.
• Providing Leading Hands with technical drawings and lift studies.
• Keeping records of each foundation from pre pour stage until it has left site.
