Covering the Midlands predominantly however required regularly to travel further afield to inspect and repair printers. Including dot matrix printers, line printers, laser printers and thermal printers from manufacturers such as Zebra, Printronix, Toshiba Tec, CAB, Citizen, Oki, HP, Lexmark, Kyocera, Epson, IBM, Tally, Intermec and Honeywell. A varied role including both technical repairs, product installation and training.

A role involving daily liaison with senior IT officials regarding both office and warehouse printing solutions. Required to be on hand to both customers and internal account managers to deliver industry leading solutions to warehouse and factory environments. Able to think outside the box and produce a detailed plan from conception to conclusion receiving high praise from customers on a daily basis. Attended several manufacturer training sessions from companies such as Nicelabel and Printronix and achieving ZASP certification from Zebra whilst also passing the Toshiba Tec training course.

Employed in several individual roles namely Air Traffic Control (RAF Valley,) Search and Rescue Flight (RAF Valley,) Air Traffic Control (Camp Bastion Afghanistan) and Low Flying Booking Cell (RAF Wittering.)
