Recently retired Fortune 100 C-suite executive and dynamic leader with more than 40 years of expertise in driving successful financial and cultural change at the highest levels and establishing progressive, customer-centric cultures of excellence.I am currently pursuing my passion for promoting the education, employment and career success of persons with disabilities and for supporting individuals and families impacted by substance abuse and addiction. I serve as Chair of the Board of Trustees of Perkins School for the Blind, a global NGO supporting the education of children with disabilities worldwide. I am also a board member for the National Organization on Disability. I also serve as a board director and volunteer for Camp Haven in Vero Beach, Florida, helping homeless men rebuild their lives. As Executive Vice President and COO of U.S. Businesses at Prudential, I created a new strategy and sense of purpose for the company’s 5 U.S.-based businesses and led the dramatic improvement of digital capabilities to significantly grow customer reach. I sponsored the company’s employee resource group for individuals with disabilities, helping guide them to become an influential voice in hiring and talent development processes. Additionally, I enhanced Prudential’s community engagement strategy as a board member of the Prudential Foundation, weaving the company’s philanthropic initiatives with business strategy to support its growing customer market.
