I currently Manage our Third Party Data Office Operations as a function of our Corporate Data Office within the Global Services Company.Responsibilities include oversight of a large portion of dozens of high value Vendor data and intelligence subscriptions.3PDO works between the Business and Procurement to negotiate subscription orders, manage ingestion of datasets into our corporate repositories, manage invoice payments, align with business units on cost allocations and budgetary planning for ongoing and future financial commitments and provide expertise to business lines on the how and why of the datasets the Corporation supports.

Coordinating contracting, ingestion, advocacy, data quality, business sponsorship and customer support for high value vendor data subscriptions across the Upstream, Downstream and Corporate value chain. Manage multiple distributed database and file repositories serving Upstream geoscience and engineering workflows for over 4000 technical users across our business lines.Manage business budgetary support and product rationalization, IT technical delivery from vendors to internal datastores and coordinate technical support, training and break-ins for licensed products and emerging technologies.Influence data vendors to align with ExxonMobil best practices and encourage uptake emerging technologies internally. Primary focus is on Upstream Geoscience and Engineering data but beginning to engage with Pricing, Chemicals, Hydrogen, Supply Chain, Power markets and others.
