I find motivation improving team culture and building strong relations. Training team members to work together as we solve challenges is my passion. I am a Senior Operations & Production Manager experienced in copper & polymer extrusion, laminates, non-wovens and textiles. Skilled in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Business Transformation, Training and Development, applying Six Sigma and LEAN principles.I took a copper tubing plant from weekly production from 75 to 140 tons in 11 months. I led a team of managers through a re-humidification project to increase yield from 92% up to 99.3% for $480K in fiber savings. When a customer in Portland erred on their inventory levels, our Supply Chain manager and I drove a U-Haul full of product thru the night to arrive first thing in the morning. This carried them until a full trailer load could arrive later that evening. From tree-planting in the Rockies to top quality food packaging products, I have simplified processes and increased efficiencies resulting in great cost savings and customer satisfaction.
