About Stephen Pepper

I am a college professional with nine years of experience in a higher education setting and an honorably discharged senior-level manager with over 20 years of military experience. My current role as the Student Veteran Specialist within the Diversity Relations Dept. allows me to work with a diverse student population and provides me with knowledge of most aspects of the college's policies and procedures. Ability to lead and mentor in a high-paced environment demonstrated in stressful and often hazardous and unpredictable situations. Exceptional organizational skills, specifically in strategic planning and project management/meeting goals. Able to professionally assess a situation, address significant issues, and make timely and intelligent decisions to resolve the problem. I have been assigned many leadership roles and efficiently carried out those above me duties when required, including team development and dispute resolution, all vital to ensure student and customer satisfaction.
