Naval Construction Branch (NCB) is part of the Capability Acquisition & Sustainment Group (CASG) within Department of Defence. It is an element of the Naval Shipbuilding Enterprise, which is responsible for overseeing the management and execution of all shipbuilding production, test and evaluation, and platform acceptance at both the Osborne SA and Henderson WA shipbuilding facilities.
