Reporting to the Vice President of Production for Intimate Apparel business my initial brief is to take charge of the Limited Brands Production unit during the next phase of the organisations capacity growth. During this period the total number of employees is anticipated to increase from 3k to around 10k across 3 Production units.

Reporting to Board of Directors of Hong Listed Company for Business unit performance to P & L level, to implement Lean & Best Industry practices to ensure capacity is maximized and Customer delivery targets are achieved, to drive reduction in operating costs by prudent investment in systems and machinery, to minimize rework and defects in manufacturing.

Responsible for managing the operation of the site and to implement continuous improvement & process change methodologies as the production capacity is increased.

Recruited to manage the Company's Facility as they expanded the manufacturing operation outside of China. As DGM I was responsible to oversee the final phases of construction and set up the operation using LEAN principles and best practices based on my Offshore and UK Manufacturing experience
