Developing the brand, our external face, developing media relations and seeking to build reputation for service and quality have also underpinned the success story. The strong commercial business is essential to support the community and subsidised activity provided.Key Achievements: - In the period 1 April 2012 – 31 March 2014 the business has seen a net reduction in operational subsidy of 30% through income growth of £200k and management of cost within budget.- I have an executive lead role in the critical work streams to provide support services and transition into the new Trust in the following areas Human Resources, Financial services, ICT, Internal and External Audit, Legal Services, Learning, Development, Health and Safety, Property and Estates Service and local service transition planning.
