Phipps Consulting is a Land Development Consultancy that undertakes projects in Greater Geelong, The Surfcoast, the Golden Plains and Colac Otway regions.My responsibilities include:- Preparation of road and drainage designs for submission to council using CAD packages and required design standards.- Preparation of sewer and water main designs for submission to water authorities using CAD packages and required design standards.- Estimation of development costs.- Preparation of road and drainage tenders.- Preparation of sewer and water main tenders. - Maintenance of the company’s computer systems and network.My accomplishments include:- Working on a range of developments from 2 lot subdivisions up to 150 lot, multi stage developments.- Design of outfall drainage for approximately 1500 lots to the Barwon River, located in Highton.
